Call to order 7:00 PM

 

  1. Roll Call:

Terry Cook-Visser – Chair

Jim Kauffman

Mark Anthony

Barbara Gallagher

 

  1. Review of June Minutes

Jim motion to accept the minutes as written, Barb second, all in favor.

 

  1. Welcome new board member Mark Anthony

 

  1. D & J special permit extension

-Delays on project due to pandemic and economic impact but plans on moving forward when possible

Jim accepts permit extension as presented to September 9, 2024, Mark second, all in favor.

 

  1. Short Term Rental bylaws

Plans to review document for the next meeting

 

  1. Wireless Communication bylaws

Review of previous changes, plans to review document again before moving forward to get new members caught up.

 

  1. Any other business, None.
