2. Approval of Minutes. Approval of November 18, 2024 Planning Board meeting minutes.
3. Public Hearing: Update to Otis Zoning Bylaws and General Bylaws
Proposed amendments to the Otis General & Zoning Bylaws: (1) renumber and recaption Chapter 150, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of Otis, by (a) renumbering each section and subsection of the bylaw accordingly; (b) inserting article, section and subsection titles; and (c) updating internal references to reflect the new numbering system, all as set forth in the Final Draft of the Code of the Town of Otis, dated November 2024, on file with the Town Clerk, or what it will do in relation thereto.
4. Public Hearing: Special Permit D&J Development, LLC 1367 & 1341 Reservior Road
D & J Development is requesting a special permit under Section 5.3.3 and 5.3.2.2 of the Zoning By Laws of the Town of Otis for the purpose of a shared common driveway between existing 1367 (D&J Marina) and 1341 Reservoir Road, known as Tax Map 15 & 16B lots 77 and 1. A portion of the proposed driveway that connects 1367 to 1341 will be at a 14% grade.
