3. Public Hearing: Site Plan Review: 27 N Main Rd
Jim and Zoey Buckley are requesting a site plan review for a retail business at 27 North Main Road, known as Tax Map 10D lot 5 and 6. Specifically, the applicant would like to open a retail store for antiques, furniture, and oddities. The current building has an existing retail space and no changes to the building are currently proposed. There is parking available on lot 5, just north of the existing building.
4. Form A: 23 and 32 Parish Drive, The Robert F. Prindiville Trust.
