The wastewater system remains in compliance with the state each month. All users are reminded that if their alarm is activated, they should call IMMEDIATELY at (413) 441-3474 . If no one answers, please leave a message at each number. The call should be made even if it is in the middle of the night. Waiting to call could cause further problems.
Discharging of sump pumps into the sewer system is PROHIBITED and strictly enforced. If your sump pump is connected or discharged in any way to the sewer system or you are unsure about it, please feel free to contact our office and we would be more than happy to schedule an appointment to come out and take a look at it and to help correct it if necessary.
