MINUTES
Otis Cultural Council
November 13, 2024
This meeting was conducted in person.
I. Call to Order: 6:05 p.m. Present: Jeanne Randorf, Carole Burke, Arlene Tolopko, Shanon Albee, Deb Fogel, Carol Lombardo
II. Approval of the Minutes of 8/21/24: Carol Lombardo approved the minutes, and Deb Fogel seconded the motion. The minutes were approved.
III. Chair Report (Jeanne):
A. Review of our mission statement: The cultural council and grant applicants must be aware of our mission to promote the arts in the Otis community.
IV. Financial Report (Shanon):
A. The financial statement has been submitted.
B. The Otis Cultural Council received $5,000 from the town and $5,700 from the state. We are required to grant $10,700.
C. There are 7 grants, totaling $2,150 remaining from last year for people who have not applied for reimbursement.
D. There is $20,230.77 in the recycling fund.
V. Review of Grant applications and voting to award funds.

VII. Recycling Program: Deb reported that the program has been very busy.
