Robert Rich attended the meeting with questions regarding his property record card being incorrect. Duane Adams answered his questions and is making an appointment to go out to his home so property record card can updated.

Approve/Deny MV Abatements as presented.

Approve/Deny 2023-07 MV Excise Commitment as presented.
Motion to approve as presented passes 2-0-0
Approve/Deny 2024-01 MV Excise Commitment as presented.
Motion to approve as presented passes 2-0-0
Discussed RE/PP Abatements. Will be available for March 18th meeting.
