MINUTES
Otis Cultural Council
May 15, 2024
This meeting was conducted in person.
I. Call to Order: 6:02 Present: Jeanne Randorf, Carole Burke, Arlene Tolopko, Deb Fogel, Shanon Albee, Carol Lombardo
II. Approval of the Minutes of 4/17/24: Arlene motioned to approve the minutes. Deb seconded the motion. The minutes were approved.
III. Chair Report (Jeanne):
A. Beautify Otis Program: All barrels are being covered.
B. Member Terms/Status: Jeanne has to take a year off as a voting member of the Cultural Council.
IV. Financial Report (Shanon):
A. Shanon received a $1,500 check from recycling.
B. Reimbursement: Jeanne will get reimbursed for the vouchers for the gardeners.
V. 2024 Programs:
A. The Juckets: Arlene will get a date from the Juckets for the concert at the gazebo.
B. Concert at the Otis Gazebo: We will look into getting two pop-up tents for the concert in case of rain.
VI. Recycling Program: Deb reported that the program is doing well.
The next meeting will be on June 19, 2024, at 6:00.
