Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that the Otis Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13th, 2021 at 7:00 pm at via the Zoom link provided within 48 hours on the town website for the following proposed amendments to the Otis Zoning Bylaw: WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES.
The text of this proposed addition to the Zoning Bylaws is on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected by making arrangements with the Town Clerk. This article will be voted on at the Special Town Meeting held on November 16, 2021.
All interested parties are invited to attend.
