New Applicant Interviews
for Maintenance Worker

Present: Chair Roberta Sarnacki, Selectman Donald Hawley, Selectman Bill Hiller, Jim Crandall, Chris Morris
Interviewees: Mark Miller, Ron Williamson, Justin Mairo
This meeting was continued from the regular Select Board meeting at 6:00 pm and the meeting was being recorded.
The interviews were conducted with each interviewee and all were aware there were two positions being interviewed for: one at 40 hours per week and one at 32 hours per week and both were eligible for full benefits. All three interviewees were questioned by the Maintenance Superintendent, the Town Administrator, and all three Select Board members.
Post Interview Discussion: After the interviews, everyone agreed on the same two individuals as their picks. The individual who could start immediately was chosen for the 40 hour per week position and the individual who has to give two weeks notice will fill the 32 hour per week position.
Interviews and discussion were completed at 6:50 pm.
