Upon submission and review of a STR registration the applicant will be contacted by email to confirm an Otis STR registration number and request payment of the $150.00 dollar registration / inspection fee. The fee can be paid online through the bill pay portal on the Town of Otis website, townofotisma.com. Inspection dates and times will be tentatively scheduled.  Upon completion of the registration inspection a certificate of license will be generated.  When the payment of the $500.00 license fee is complete, the license certificate will be issued and the STR is permitted to operate.
