Scholarship Committee Meeting Minutes
December 14, 2023
In Attendance: Laurie Nikituk (Chair), Brandi Page, Lyn OBrien
The meeting was called to order at the Otis Town Hall at 10:00 am.
The meeting minutes were approved from April 13, 2023.
The budget was approved for $20,000 for FY25
Laurie will do the Town Report.
Brandi will check the donation account funds.
The new 2024 scholarship application has been posted to the website and Lyn has notified the schools.
Lyn will send reminder emails to the FY24 scholarship recipients that their information is due by January 31.
Laurie will reach out to the Otis Observer for a March article promoting scholarships and the scholarship fund.
The meeting adjourned at 10:21 am.
