Attendance: Larry Southard- Chair, Gary Thomas, Terry Gould, Brandi Page, Barbara Gallagher, Miguel Santana, Diane Provenz, Mary Kay Pinkham, Sandy Pinkham, Frank Tolopko & Thomas Irwin. On Zoom: Sue Ebitz, Chase Chapdelaine, Hal Kobrin & Mimi Crandall.
Call to Order: 6:47 PM
Review of the MLP Audit: Larry Gould went through the entire audit and explained the terms and comments. Goulet is scheduled to begin work on 2023 so we can continue on the financial footing that has been established. The auditors did identify 150,000 that will be returned to the Town. Larry explained this was from when an initial bond payment was made when the turbine was not operational yet. At Larry’s request the Board discussed and set the salary for the MLP Manager at $84,500.00. Terry recused herself from discussion of the salary. The financial statement from the 2022 audit will be posted to the MLP web page.
Review of the MLP Quarterly Report: Larry went through the latest activity this past quarter and answered any questions.
