Minutes
1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called by Jennifer Catolane at 6:34 pm
b. Board Members Present: Jennifer Catolane, Dana Pustinger, Kelly Kennedy, Robin Martin, and Wendy Peterson
c. Board Members Absent: None
d. Others Present: Louise Shapiro and Janet Weinstein
2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. None to review.
3. Accounting.
a. FY24 Budget balance. Reviewed, no questions.
4. Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. No update.
ii. Trunk or Treat, Saturday October 28th 6-8pm.
10 trunks registered.
All candy was ordered, bags are in, Wendy and Robin will stuff bags.
Kelly ordered signs.
Reviewed Sign Up Genius volunteers for Haunted Lodge, Robin will give list to Eric.
$25 gift cards for trunk winners – 4 categories – scariest, most creative, most original, funniest.
Louise Shapiro is willing to be a judge and will ask around for another unbiased judge.
Lighting is approved by state DPW garage.
Looking for volunteer to wear Smoky the Bear costume.
iii. Floral Design workshop – November
Email Lyn for town hall availability of November 18th, 1-3
April Hoskeer offering 3 options at 3 price ranges, $100 for her time.
1. $35 single candle in plain green dish with higher end flowers, such as lily, rose, sunflower, or cremones, plus berries, poms and alstro, etc.
2. $50 double candle with same flower selection but more of them
3. $65 cornucopia with same flower selection but more of them
Require participants to pay for selected option by weekend before event, Nov 11th.
Will set up Sign Up Genius participants to sign up and select options.
iv. Gingerbread House, tentatively Saturday December 9th, 1pm, 3pm, and 11am, if needed.
Dana will look for list of candy and other supplies to order.
v. Otis Ridge Ski Voucher Program
Email Brandi to contact Jamie to find out how they want to run the program this year.

6. Old Business.
a. Pickleball
Recreation has voted to pay for floor tape if needed at the school.
Check with PTA for funds donated from Otis Woodlands.
Once floors are ready to play on the recreation committee will set up a regular schedule to use the school gym for pickleball and possible lessons in the future.
