Select Board/ Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

6:00 p.m.

 

  1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.

 

  1. Present: Larry Southard, Gary Thomas, Brandi Page, Terry Gould, Jill Moretz, Derek Poirier, Tyler Cormier and Barbara Gallagher.

 

  1. Approval of Board Minutes:

 

  1. Interview Highway Applicant: The Board interviewed Tyler Cormier for the open Highway position. After reviewing his qualifications Larry made a motion to offer Tyler the job. Terry seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Tyler will start on Monday.

 

  1. Review of department budgets for FY23-

 

  • 610 Historic: Passed at $11,000.00
  • 440 Sewer:  Passed at $68,400.00

 

  1. Discussion – Sewer budget and changes to staffing, possible COLA’s, possible stipends for licenses, and preliminary discussion of possible capital items. COLA approved at 4%, may change as budget is finalized. To discuss Rescue on the 24th.
