Home Burial: The Board reviewed an emergency request for a home burial at Map 1 Lot 28. The person is of the Jewish Faith and timing was very limited. This parcel abuts and is in common ownership with 468 Dimmock Road. Maps had been presented to accurately show the proposed cemetery site in relation to all boundaries and features. The Board reviewed the location and didn’t have any questions. The proposed site is not within a 100’ of a pond or 200’ of a river or stream so Conservation did not need to act on the request, though they were made aware. A motion was made and seconded to approve the burial site. Motion passed unanimously.
