Meeting called to order at 5:00 PM in the Town Hall Conference Room and a quorum is present.

Present; Bill Hiller, Frank Tolepko, Larry Gould.

Public: Steve Schultze, Fred Martsen, Won Morat.

Drop Bid: Unanimous vote to do our own request for quote for the remainder of the drops. This is due to concerns about the subcontractor WGE picked.

Big Island: Fred Martsen of Big Island on Big Pond was concerned they would not get internet. We told him we were aware of the challenges to get internet there and had looked at potential solutions. We asked Fred to get a count of how many folks on the island might be interested and let us know.

Steve Schultze: Steve introduced himself and made us aware he was interested in being a member of the Technology Committee. There were no objections.

OWL: the Committee approved the proposal from WGE, Whip City Fiber, to complete a fiber design for Otis Woodlands.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 PM.
