Notice is hereby given that the Otis Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Monday April 5, 2021 at 7:00 PM. This will be a Virtual Meeting

This meeting is being conducted remotely through Zoom.

Pursuant to the Governor’s March 12, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, Sec 18, this meeting is being held via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Every effort is being made to ensure that any member of the public may access the meeting in real time, via technological means. Agendas will be amended to show the link and participation code to access the meeting no sooner than 48 hours before. Recordings and/or draft proceedings of the meeting will be available on our website as soon as possible.


Subject of said hearing will be the Appeal under section 9.2.2c of the Zoning by laws of the Town of Otis, for relief from the decision dated December 28, 2020, of Jeremia Pollard, town counsel, denying AJT Realty Trust, Thomas E. Touponce, trustee’s application for a building permit. THIS IS A CONTINUATION FROM THE MARCH 15, 2021 MEETING.



The lot is listed in the Otis Assessor’s records as Lot # 3 on Map 17B; located at

32 Moody Goodman Road, Otis, MA.


All interested parties are hereby invited to attend.
