Notice is hereby given that the Otis Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public meeting on Monday, May 1, 2017 at the Town Hall, 1 North Main Road, Route 8, Otis, MA.

The agenda is as follows:
This is a continuation of the March 6, 2017 and April 3, 2017 meetings:
To hear and act upon the Subject of said hearing will be the application of Saloomey Construction, for a Zoning By-Law Special Permit under Sec. 3.3.3 of the Otis zoning by-laws as to demolish the existing structure and decks and replace with 31’ x 36.5’ two story single family dwelling with a deck on the rear setback and stairs and landing on the western side set back. The new dwelling will be built in similar footprint of the existing dwelling. The dwelling encroaches the required setbacks. The lot is listed in the Otis assessor’s records as Lot # 24 on Map 17D; located at 31 South Bay Road, Otis, MA. The owners of record are Carole Ann Saloomey and Tammy Saloomey Tavernia.
