Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall Conference Room and a quorum is present.

Present: Bill Hiller, Larry Gould, Frank Tolopko, George Mabee,

Budget: Reviewed next years budget with no issues or questions

Broadband Updates. We currently have 1,034. Installations are complete in Phases 1,2 3 and 5. Installations will be complete in Phase 4 in August. Sertex will be running strand in Phases 6,7, 8, and 9. Construction of the Hut at the Otis Firehouse continues, and we hope to be done the week of 7/22.

E-mail: Waiting for Otis fiber to get here before we start moving on the new hosted e-mail.

Next Months Meeting: Voted to skip next months meeting.

Other Business. Discussions regarding OWL are continuing and we hope to have a path forward soon.
