1. Introductions.
2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes – approved October and November 2022 minutes.
3. Accounting.
a. FY23 Budget balance – reviewed reports, will inquire about payment to Lee Audio n Security with Brandi.
b. FY23 Revolving balance – reviewed reports.
4. FY24 Budget Proposal – reviewed each budget line item and adjusted where necessary. Inquire with Brandi about which line item sand for the town beach should go on.
5. Programs.
a. Online Wellness Programs.
i. Inspirations with Viktoria Seavey – Viktoria sent the commission a letter stating that she decided to finish the online wellness program. December 29th was the last episode.
b. In-Person Classes/Programs.
i. Chair Yoga with Connie Wilson, Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00AM – no update, no changes.
ii. Mat Yoga with Connie Wilson, Saturdays, 9:30AM-10:45AM – no update, no changes.
Connie stopped by the gingerbread house event and said everything was going well.
c. Other Programs.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes – 10 passes received at end of October, only 2 passes left, Dana requested more. Check with Brandi on where funds are being deposited, should be revolving account.
ii. Gingerbread House Event, recap – 30-35 houses for the event, lower attendance than in prior years. Commissioners heard comments about the registration process was difficult. May reduce to 2 sessions next year.
iii. Ski helmet surplus – started with 8 small, 3 medium, 8 large (19 total). we have 5 small, 1 medium, and 2 large (8 total) left. Sold 11 so far. Check with Brandi on where funds are being deposited, should be revolving account.
iv. Otis Ridge Ski Voucher Program – Brandi worked out the specifics of the program with Jaime from the Ridge. Passes are limited to one per season per Otis resident. Rentals are included, if needed.
v. Snowman Contest – will discuss again when we have more snow.
MINUTES continued…
vi. Easter Egg Hunt – weekend before Easter, Saturday April 1st, 10am. No need to register for the event, will determine the # of eggs each child can grab based on # of children that attend. We plan to have two age groups for the younger children and the older children.
vii. Bike helmet surplus – planning a table at the Easter Egg Hunt to sell surplus bike helmets in Harmony Hall. $10/helmet. Left over helmets after the event will be left at the Town Hall for sale just as the ski helmets.
6. Community Survey – Google forms – will look into doing another survey using Google forms.
