Otis Preservation Trust December 2020 Fundraising Letter

Dear Friend and Neighbor,

I’m writing in advance of “Giving Tuesday” to alert you to an important preservation project worthy of your support. The Otis Preservation Trust is committed to restoring the old St. Paul’s Church and transforming it into a multi-use community center.

Because of your commitment to the local economy, I am hoping you will support this effort by making a donation.  All donations are fully tax deductible, and receive local recognition via the Otis Observer (local newspaper) and on our website. Permanent recognition is also available at the higher donation levels.
In 2020 – 2021, we are channeling all our fundraising effort to preserve one of the Berkshires’ architectural treasures (St Paul’s Church) and transform it into a community center. We envision using it as an historical site for education as well as a venue for concerts, lectures, art shows and more. The Otis Community Center at the old St. Paul’s will enhance tourism, real estate interest and a deeper appreciation of all our great town and beautiful region have to offer.

Please help us make our vision a reality by supporting the Otis Preservation Trust on Giving Tuesday. We will forward a digital copy of our brochure that will tell you more as will our website at www.otispreservationtrust.org.

Any questions, please feel free to contact Diane Provenz, Co-Chair of the Otis Historical Commission, at (516) 697-0549. Thank you – we look forward to your support.

Sincerely,
The Otis Preservation Trust
