Otis Library Special Meeting

Members present: Kathy Bort, Sue Brofman, chair, Diane Dyer Susan Ebitz, Lois Hall, Donna Rich, and Jim Adams
Sue Brofman called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM
- Increasing the Otis Library Board of Trustees
Susan made a motion seconded by Diane to admit Tom Burke to the Otis Library Trustees. It was unanimously approved.
Sue made a motion seconded by Diane to admit Carol Reife to the Otis Library Trustees. It was unanimously approved.
Susan made a motion seconded by Donna to Elect Tom Burke as Treasurer of the Otis Library. It was unanimously approved.
Diane made a motion that was seconded by Donna to adjourn the meeting. It was unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 PM.
