State Primary Information

The State Primary will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. The polling hours are 7AM to 8PM and the location is 1 North Main Rd at the Otis Town Hall.
Voters will be casting their votes for the candidates of political parties for the following offices: U.S. Senator, U.S. Representative, Governor, Lt. Governor, Secretary of the Commonwealth, Attorney General, Treasurer, Auditor, Governor’s Council, Senator in General Court, Representative in General Court, District Attorney, Register of Deeds, and Clerk of Courts.
Please note if you are registered to vote as a Democrat, Republican, or Libertarian you may only vote on the party’s ballot you are registered for. If you are registered to vote as Unenrolled or any other political designation you may choose the party ballot of your choice to cast your vote.
The voter registration deadline is Wednesday August 15th. Special voter registration hours are 2-4 pm & 7-8 pm in the Town Clerk’s Office.
The absentee ballot application deadline is Friday August 31st. Special hours are 8am-5pm.
