Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by the chair, Nicholas DellaGiustina.

Approval of Minutes of Meeting #338: Carol Lombardo motioned to accept minutes as submitted, Arlene Tolopko seconded the motion. Minutes #338 were passed unanimously

Busing: Terry from Dufour to discuss busing routes for the 2016-2017 school year. Dufour has taken responsibility for the busing routes, so the school no longer has to configure the routes each year. She did want to remind everyone that there is a ten minute window for delays that may occur. Bus routes still need some tweaking before school starts, but route runs are scheduled to occur soon for pick up and drop off times.
Update 2016 School Finances: Jane Gleason to discuss the updates to the FY16 school budget. Jane discussed the ending balances and expenditures of the FY16 school budget. There was a small surplus this year. We will be able to add approximately $10,000 to the Excess and Deficiency Fund. The school received $47,978 more in Regional Transportation Aid than anticipated. $38,314 was put into the Regional Transportation Revolving Fund. Some of the funds were used to pay for the new van, maintenance expenses, the bus contract and fuel expenses. Also this fund supported some unexpected transportation for several special needs students. A summary and copy of the budget is available at the school.
Superintendent updates: Tom Nadolny discussed recent activities in the school. The updates included recent resignations of teachers and internal transfers to fill the open positions. Interviews will begin shortly for the 3rd grade teacher position and half day PreK teacher position.

Vote to move to an unexpected executive meeting due to a school update: Nick DellaGiustina motioned to move to an executive meeting. Jess Drenga seconded the motion. Vote was unanimous to move to an executive meeting.
Adjournment: Carol Lombardo motioned to adjourn at 8:10pm, Arlene Tolopko seconded. Vote was unanimous.

Respectfully submitted,

Teresa DellaGiustina, secretary
