Community Participation:

  1. Approval of Minutes of Meeting #345 Executive Minutes, #345: Carol Lombardo motioned to approve minutes #345 and executive minutes #345 as submitted.  Jesse Drenga seconded the motion.  Unanimous vote yes on both.

  1. Principal/Superintendent monthly updates: Tom Nadolny mentioned the Otis Police Department and their fist bump Friday event.  All went well.  He did not hear anything but positive feedback from the community and parents.  The only negativity that was present was postings on social media, but nothing was brought up to the School.

Tom briefly informed the School Committee of Teri Scott’s formal retirement letter.  Mrs. Scott met with Jane Gleason to finalize her retirement.

  1. Discuss FY18 School Budget Updates: Jane Gleason was in to let the Committee know that there were no updates to discuss or share this month on the budget.  The budget was not quite ready for voting on.  Jane has to recrunch some numbers before finalizing the numbers for the budget.  Another meeting will take place on March 13th at 5:30pm to sign off on the budget to present to both towns.

  1. Move to executive meeting to discuss upcoming negotiations if necessary: Nick DellaGiustina motioned to move to executive meeting
