Public Notice (Individual Groundwater Discharge Permit)

Summary of the Public Notice
JUNE 2018
Below is a public notice for our 5 year wastewater permit renewal.  MA DEP requires that we publicly post the notice.  The 30,000 gallons is the one day maximum that we can accept at the plant.  We typically average 7500 gallons.  The effluent is ground discharged to a series of leach fields adjacent to the plant.  The new permit in its entirety is a duplicate of the limits we have had since the plant opened in 2000.
