Select Board Meeting Minutes
December 13, 2016
Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall conference room and a quorum is present.
Present: Selectman Don Hawley, Selectman Bill Hiller, Chris Morris
Approval of Minutes: The November 22, 2016 Select Board meeting minutes and the November 28, 2016 All Boards meeting minutes were unanimously approved as written.
Liquor License Renewals: Six Otis businesses were presented for their liquor licensing renewals this year. The six businesses are: Otis Associates d/b/a Otis Ski Ridge; the Knox Trail Inn; L & M Auto d/b/a Papa’s Healthy Food & Fuel; Otis Poultry Farm; EOS Enterprises d/b/a Katie’s Country Store; and Fratelli’s, LLC d/b/a Fratelli’s Restaurant. Both Select Board members unanimously agreed to renew all licenses requested and both signed the documents under the Licensing Board section of all six documents.
Other:
East Otis Fire House: Bill proposed the Select Board send thank you letters with gift certificates to Mike O’Brien and Tony Loring for their expedient help with the concrete repairs to the East Otis Fire House. Don Hawley was in favor of this request and the office will see to this.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:03 pm.
